BWT Alpine Formula One Team has signed Dutch racing driver Nina Gademan as its driver selection for the 2025 F1 Academy season.
Nina will head into her first full season in the all-female series in 2025, having previously secured a Wild Card entry for Round 4 of the 2024 season in Zandvoort, The Netherlands. The 21-year-old finished fourth and 10th in Race 1 and 2, respectively, taking home 13 points.
Nina previously won the FIA Motorsport Games Karting Slalom Cup in 2019 for Team Netherlands and made her single-seater debut in 2024, competing in British Formula 4 in which she claimed her first rookie podium during Round 4 at Thruxton.
In advance of her season start in F1 Academy series, Nina will also compete with Hitech GP in Formula Winter Series which runs from 30th January – 9th March and will head to Portimão, Valencia and Aragon before closing out the season in Barcelona.
